The Bridge Institute has been providing mediation services and workshops in Southwest Virginia since 1990 and we are so glad you are interested in joining us for this interactive and experiential training! Our mission is to provide efficient, well-designed process to prevent violence, resolve disputes, cultivate cooperation, and restore relationships. Our hope in offering this workshop is to equip our community with the skills to create a healthier community.
Through discussions and practice sessions, you will learn more about your own approach to conflict and high-impact skills for exploring and resolivng conflict with others. You'll learn how to get better outcomes in the workplace; with friends and family; as well as neighbors and our overall community. This is an excellent training for anyone who wants to bring more harmony and productivity to imporant relationships.
